Traveling by car:
Long Island Expressway - Eastbound:
Exit 33 - Lakeville Road; from service road make right turn onto Lakeville 
Road; proceed south one mile to the Medical Center on the right. 

Long Island Expressway - Westbound:
Exit 33 - Lakeville Road; proceed on service road to second traffic light; 
make left turn under Expressway overpass onto Lakeville road; proceed south 
one mile to the Medical Center entrance on the right. 

Grand Central-Northern State Parkway - Eastbound:
Exit 25 - Lakeville Road; make right turn onto Marcus Avenue and proceed to 
traffic light; make left turn onto Lakeville Road; proceed south 3/10 mile to 
the Medical Center entrance on the right. 

Grand Central-Northern State Parkway - Westbound:
Exit 25 - Lakeville Road; exit under underpass; bear right around cloverleaf 
(heading south); entrance to the Medical Center on the right. 

Cross Island Parkway - North or Southbound:
Exit onto Long Island Expressway - eastbound or onto Grand Central Parkway 
- eastbound; see preceding instruction for exits. 

Union Turnpike - Eastbound:
Make left at 271st Street; proceed two blocks to the Medical Center 
entrance. 

Northern Boulevard - East or Westbound:
Turn south onto Lakeville Road; proceed two miles to the Medical Center 
entrance on the right. 

By rail road:
All trips take between 40 to 50 minutes. 

From Penn Station (Manhattan):
· Port Washington Branch - to Great Neck Station; Metropolitan Suburban 
Bus Authority (MSBA) Route N25 to the Medical Center.
· Port Jefferson Branch/Main Line - to New Hyde Park Station; MSBA Route 
N25 to the Medical Center.
· Hempstead Branch - to Stewart Manor Station; MSBA Route N25 to the 
Medical Center. 

From Flatbush Avenue Station (Brooklyn):
· Same as above except Port Washington Branch (does not service 
Brooklyn).

By Express Bus:
The North Shore Towers Express Bus to and from Manhattan operates seven 
days a week and stops at the Medical Center bus stop on Lakeville Road. For

By Subway and Bus:
(From Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens)
· IND "E" or "F" Train to the Union Turnpike (Kew Gardens) express station 
(25 minutes from Times Square). Use last car of the train and leave the 
station via the 78th Avenue exit. Take the Q46 (City line) bus to 271st 
Street (33 minutes). Walk north two blocks to the 76th Avenue entrance to 
the Medical Center. 

Metropolitan Suburban Bus Authority (Queens and Nassau) - Weekdays 
- Rush Hour Service: Route N26 Jamaica-Manhasset via Hillside Avenue, 
Lakeville Road, New Hyde Park Road, Community Drive: 

Eastbound - Buses depart Jamaica (165th Street/Jamaica Bus Terminal) at 
7:07 A.M. terminating at Great Neck LIRR Station and at 7:44 A.M. and 7:57 
A.M. (terminating at Community Drive, Manhasset). At other times, take 
Route N22/22A Jamaica - Roosevelt Field - Hicksville and transfer to Route 
N25 Lynbrook - Great Neck at New Hyde Park Road and Hillside Avenue, New 
Hyde Park. 

Westbound - Buses depart Community Drive, Manhasset, at 4:10 P.M. and 
4:40 P.M. and terminate in Jamaica (165th Street/Jamaica Bus Terminal). At 
other times, take Route N25 Great Neck - Lynbrook and transfer to Route 
N22/22A at Hillside Avenue and New Hyde Park Road, New Hyde Park.
