PGY-1	$56,500	These stipends are subject to change from year to year.
PGY-2	$58,500
PGY-3	$60,500

Housing

Subsidized housing is available in the area of both hospitals. (There is an $1,800 Housing Stipend for qualified trainees)

Insurance Benefits

Vacation	20 Workdays
Insurance	Malpractice insurance is provided by the Medical Center through a self-insurance fund plus commercial insurance.
On-Call Rooms	Provided by the Medical Center
Meal Allowance	Subsidized meals for House Officers on-call
Health Insurance	The Medical Centers benefit program, called "FLEX", provides House Staff Officers with the opportunity to select the health, life and disability coverage that best suits their needs. A number of options under the Flex Program are available: Medical Plan Dental Plan Prescription Drug Plan Vision Plan Life Insurance Short Term Disability Long Term Disability Health Care and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts It may be necessary for residents to pay for a portion of their coverage, depending on their choices.
