Gastroenterology and Nutrition
Toba Weinstein, MD The Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition faculty is responsible for the education of postgraduate GI fellow, residents and students. Research efforts focus primarily on issues related to inflammatory bowel disease. The Division has had a Fellowship program for 20 years designed to train pediatric gastroenterologists for academic careers and includes research as well as clinical training. Medical Students and residents from Schneider Children's Hospital, as well as other hospitals rotate during elective periods. The program is a board accredited training program and each attending is Board Certified in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
